We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If you are feeling sick, contagious, or exhibiting symptoms of cold or flu, please notify your stylist as soon as possible before your appointment. While we understand the desire to keep your appointment, our stylists are only paid by their time behind the chair and missing work due to illness affects their schedule and the clients they serve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At our salon, we strive to provide the best possible results for each client. However, please note that there is no guarantee of satisfaction after a service, as hair history, hair quality and quantity, and the consultation process all play a key role in the final outcome. We are committed to ensuring you love your hair, and if you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment. We are happy to work with you to make it right!
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
Refer a friend and you’ll both receive $10 off your service!
Failure to cancel or no-show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
- Returns & Exchanges: Unused or gently used products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit or a replacement product.
- Final Sale Items: Brushes, combs, styling tools, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately, and we will work to find a suitable replacement.
Gratuity is always appreciated and is left to your discretion. Gratuities can be added to your card upon checkout; however, cash or virtual payment options (such as Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay) are preferred due to a 2.6% card transaction fee.

We serve clients from Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities looking for a luxury boutique hair salon experience. Our salon isn’t visible from Old 41. We’re located on the west end (left side) of the building in Causeway Commerce Park.
If you’re looking at the plaza from Old 41, we’re between Tropic Paws (front left) and Chubby Mermaid Brewery (back left).

A corrective color consultation is required before booking, as every situation is unique. While our stylists work to achieve the best possible results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to previous color history and hair condition.

Most root touch-up appointments are recommended every 4 to 8 weeks depending on your natural hair color, gray coverage needs, and desired maintenance level. MADE Beauty Lounge offers customized color services to help clients maintain seamless, natural-looking results.
Clients are welcome to request a preferred stylist when booking appointments at MADE Beauty Lounge. We encourage guests to review our stylist pages before scheduling to find the best match for their hair goals and desired services.
The individual clicking to accept this release (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in certain spa and/or beauty services offered by Made Beauty Lounge (the “Business”). In consideration of being provided the requested spa and/or beauty services, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this “Release”).
- I am aware and understand that participation may involve the risk of serious injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. I am also aware that there are no guaranteed benefits of the services requested, including therapeutic or alternative medicine services. I understand that the Business cannot guarantee that I will receive any sort of physical or psychological benefits from the services rendered. NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ACCESSING THE PREMISES AND REQUESTING SERVICES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED, AND I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING THEREFROM, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE BUSINESS OR OTHERWISE.
- I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business and its successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or attributable to my being on the premises and receiving certain spa and/or beauty services, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Business or any Releasees or otherwise.
- This release constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Business and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Business and me and our respective successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state Business maintains its primary location.
